On Friday, July 26th, 'Cellar' returns for an immersive experience spotlighting New Zealand's finest Maori winemakers; Barry Riwai of Alpha Domus Wines in Hawkes Bay, and Jannine Richard’s of Huntress Wines in Martinborough. Barry and Jannine will tell their stories of their journeys.

We will have the unique opportunity to try 8 special wines, paired with sharing plates made by the one and only Dan Lockhart - Former Award Winning Head Chef of Fife Lane ( Ranked in the Top 50 Steak Restaurants globally 2 years running.)

She has recently dropped the popular book ‘ Life in Lashes’ on top of owning and operating New Zealand’s longest-running cabaret restaurant, Caluzzi Cabaret.

This event is by far a very special one as we are honored to welcome two of New Zealand’s ( and arguably two of the world’s) greatest winemaking legends, Jenny Dobson and Jen Parr.

Prepare for an intimate evening as you come face to face with two remarkable winemakers who will be with us here exclusively in the Bay to share their winemaking journeys, and 8 tastings of their bottled creations, paired with carefully curated small plates by the head chef of Mount Maunganui staple venue, Central Deli.

This special edition of ‘Women on Top’ focuses on self-development for our audience, and will feature four seasoned experts, each teaching a valuable lesson aimed at empowering everyday women to learn and thrive.

Your MC for the evening will be the wonderful Stacey Jones - Chair of Flavours of Plenty and Creator of Award Winning Secret Supper Club, Kitchen Takeover.

We will be holding an auction and raising awareness on the evening for ' Kids Can' - An Aotearoa New Zealand leading charity dedicated to helping Kiwi kids affected by poverty. They help tamariki experiencing hardship by providing food, jackets, shoes and health products to schools and early childhood centres across New Zealand.

On Thursday 7th September, prepare for an intimate evening as you come face to face with the brilliant minds behind these remarkable brands and creations.. You will embark on a journey of taste and connection with two renowned wine producers in Aotearoa, as they unveil their passion and craft through 7 tastings of their most prized wine collections. The evening will be MC'd by long time Wino fanatic and Wine Distributor , Rachel Baillie.

That's not all, we are heating things up with modern live jazz by the epic Matt Bizzle, as he combines saxophone and decks. Plus, be blown away by the talented Spirit of Slam winner Anna Killick as she provides us with a mesmerizing spoken word performance half way through the evening.

**Delectable bites served in Platter style by the accomplished Head Chef of The General, Daniel Bellew will be provided to match the wine tastings.

We’ve teamed up with the legends at Little Big Markets for an extra special collab at the new ‘Thrifted Finds Market’ at Coronation Park in Mount Maunganui on Sunday 20th August from 9am-2pm.

There'll be a DJ, Vintage & pre-loved clothes stalls, delicious street food, rack sales and of course our great big clothing swap!

On Friday July 7th at St Georges Restaurant in Havelock North we will be hosting our first Hawkes Bay - Women on Top and we’re bringing Co-founder Jo Cummins of the amazing brand ‘ Girls Get Off’ with us for the ride, and to provide all the lol’s games and giveaways on the evening.
